NOTE: Make sure the volume is turned up all the way on your computer and in any application you are playing audio from, also check if anything is muted on the video/music application e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Windows Meida Player

1. Check connections

If using HDMI, check it is plugged in and you can display to the board

If you are using VGA, you will have another cable for audio which looks like the below (Audio Jack) make sure this is plugged into the board too

If you are using a soundbar/speaker make sure the audio jack is plugged into this and the other end into your computer. Not the board.

If using a faceplate with VGA also make sure all connections are plugged in properly,

Once all connections are checked and you are displaying to the board, click on the speaker icon in your taskbar

then click the sound output adjustment icon

You should have more options than whats shown in this screenshot but make sure you have a video or music playing while you test, go down the list of devices selecting them one by one and seeing which one starts playing audio out of the desired device.

NOTE: Make sure the volume is turned up all the way on your computer and in any application you are playing audio from, also check if anything is muted on the video/music application e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Windows Meida Player
